What you will receive:
- Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email to download your file
- Your download will include one zip file, which contains (1) PNG file of the label formatted to 2" x 2" and instruction documents
- All you have to do is hit print! It's that easy!

However, if you are experiencing a technical issue, such as receiving unexpected errors when trying to open, launch, or use the product, please contact us at hello@contradesign.co within 3 days of the order date.
A technical issue DOES NOT include:
- No longer needing the digital product
- Not having the correct or required software to use the digital product
- Not having enough knowledge or expertise to use the digital product
- Purchasing the digital product on accident but our system shows it was downloaded
- Purchase was made over 3 days ago
