Timeline & Investment+ About 8 weeks & starting at $1,700 USDWhy Squarespace? As an avid Squarespace user myself, I believe it brings the best value for small businesses, creatives, and entrepreneurs/solopreneurs. It's simple to get started, has an amazing support/customer care team, and offers enough flexibility for customization. Most importantly though, it's intuitive and easy to use for clients to manage, maintain and update themselves after hand-off. My own site is buiilt on Squarespace!
BONUS: Since I'm a Squarespace Circle Member, you'll receive these benefits as a client of mine:
+ 20% off annual website plans*
+ 20% off annual Scheduling subscriptions*
*Discount only applies to the first payment and may not be combined with other offer codes. Not IncludedOn top of the investment for my website services, there are other expenses you should keep in mind. Not every project ends up involving these extra costs, but I like to let you know about them anyway and that it is your responsibility to pay these costs if needed.
1. Squarespace Business Plan - I recommend signing up for at least the Business Plan. You can start with the Personal Plan, however, it does not offer complete flexibility for customizations.
2. Domain and email hosting
2. Copywriting and photography
3. Desktop font licenses
4. Paid stock images & image licenses
5. Third-party plugins & servicesImportant Points to ConsiderThis project will work well only if you already have an established brand identity (either by me or another designer). At the beginning stages of the project, I will ask for all your branding assets such as your logo, color palettes/codes, patterns, etc. If you do not have this, then I'd be happy to discuss a project that combines both my branding and website services!
I also highly recommend that you have your content/copywriting and photography ready. This will make the entire process much smoother and possibly quicker. While it is preferred, the copywriting does not need to be fully completed before you work with me. It should at the very least be worked on in conjunction with the website development. If your budget allows, working with a professional copywriter will be of great value and will help push your brand to the next level! Please let me know if you need any recommendations for a copywriter.
As for photography -- free and paid stock images/mockups will work well but having your photos taken professionally will increase credibility so I recommend at least considering hiring a photographer. However, depending on your business, this might not be necessary.

A QUICK LOOK AT
the CREATIVE PROCESS
What happens during a project?
Discovery
The first stage for every project will include a questionnaire for you to complete. This is where you’ll provide me details about your brand, business and aesthetic preferences. This is an essential step that will allow me to fully understand what you’re looking for and the direction we’ll take your design and project.
Creative Direction
You’ll receive an in-depth PDF presentation that focuses on the creative direction of your project. Depending on the project, it will outline details such as project goals, strategy, target audience, and visual inspiration to guide us through the design process. This step ensures that we’re on the same page before designing anything.
Develop & Refine
Now that we’ve honed in on the creative direction, this is when I’ll retreat into my creative cave and begin designing your project. Most projects will include two rounds of refinements, where you’ll provide me with feedback and we’ll focus on making the design even better to fit your needs and goals.
Handoff & Launch
If your project requires training for a specific system or program (i.e. Squarespace or Canva) this is when it would happen. Otherwise, it’s time to get excited because all your deliverables will be sent to you and you’ll have everything you need to confidently launch!
How to Get Started
Interested in working together? Great! Only a handful of projects are accepted per year, so I can dedicate all the care and support for each client. Keep in mind there are a few things that need to happen before getting started so it’s best to get in touch as soon as possible!
01/ Client Application
It’s important that we are a good fit for each other, so you’ll need to fill out the Client Application form by clicking the button below. This gives me a brief idea of what you’re looking for and it helps me determine if we’re a good match.
02 / Discovery Call
After you submit your application and if I feel like we are a good fit, I’ll reach out to schedule a discovery call (either phone or video - your choice!). Here we’ll get to know each other more and discuss your exact needs.
03 / Proposal
I’ll send over a customized proposal based on what we discussed during our call. You’ll have some time to review it and if necessary, we can adjust the details to better fit your needs.
04 / Booked!
Once you approve of the proposal, I’ll send the deposit invoice and contract. As soon as I receive those two items back, you’ll officially be booked in my calendar!
Frequently Asked Questions
If you have another question(s) that isn’t listed below, please feel free to send me a message!
-
How much does it cost to work with you? Please review my services above and click on the “Timeline & Investment” tabs to learn more.Do you offer payment plans?Yes! I understand that these services can be a large investment so I want to make it easier and more accessible for all.
Every project will start with a 20-30% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance will be split up into payments depending on the length of your project. I do require that the investment is paid in full before completion and handing off your deliverables. A payment plan will be outlined in your proposal. How soon can we start? Please take a look at my “How to get started” section above the FAQs. There are a few steps that need to be done before a project can start and it also depends on my availability and the type of project. Therefore, I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible so that you can reserve a spot in my calendar!

How long do I have to review the proposal and pay the deposit? In the proposal, I will clearly state a date that your investment cost is valid until. I do this so I can put on hold the appropriate time for each client. If you do not accept the proposal in time and don’t pay the deposit, I cannot guarantee the same rate and availability. Therefore, please make note of when your proposal is valid until and make sure to review everything before then, especially if we need to discuss other options. Why do you use the term “refinements”?We practice using the term “refinements” rather than “revisions” beacuse a revision implies that the work needs to be altered or done again, and that ultimately, there is something wrong with it. Whereas refinement is defined as the following: the improvement or clarification of something by the making of small changes. This encourages positive collaboration between both parties so that we can focus on making the design better, which results in an identity everyone is happy with!I just need a logo. Is that something you offer? It depends on a few factors and if my availability allows for it. While I don’t typically take on one-off projects, I’ll be more than happy to review your idea in your Client Application.
However, please keep in mind that a logo is only one small part of the picture. If you're looking for more of a complete cohesive look, the logo will need the support of other elements, such as a font system, colors, and more. So I encourage you to think big and to consider investing in a complete brand identity to further enhance and confidently show off your brand.

“Working with Corona has been absolutely delightful. She helped me so much on my brand development and provided creative and constructive advice. I appreciate how much time and effort she's put into research and development and provided me with as much information as she could about any questions or concerns that I had. I feel much more secure and aligned with my brand identity.”
